Mixed media photomanipulation combining a public domain self-portrait painting of Vincent van Gogh (at the bequest of Miss Adelaide Milton de Groot, 1967) and an abstract glowing texture from Sascha / Sirius-sdz :iconsirius-sdz:

Van Gogh being one of the greatest artists I admire from old times and Sirius-sdz as an enormous source of inspiration in modern times... not only for his exceptionally gifted Vision, but also his gift as a stock provider to release his textures for free. Just promise me Sascha you will never cut your ear off! =p

Since the source painting is public domain and Sirius-sdz offers very generous terms, I am releasing this for free without watermark at a high resolution of 3166 x 4000 px. You just need to click the Download button because it's a large file at around 20MB.
