When you refer to that as the flag of "Palestine", it is disrupting the history of the world. This flag must be referred to as the "Palestinian flag", "PLO flag" or "Palestinian National Authority flag".

I understand your point of view, but I hope you can understand mine too. For many of my flags, I shorten the official names for the sake of saving space. For instance, I will use UK Grunge Flag instead of United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Grunge Flag. Or China Grunge Flag instead of People's Republic of China Grunge Flag (when I realize a country like Taiwan also claims the name of Republic of China). And I do not want to go down this slippery slope of prolonging my deviation titles... I am not a history book, and I honestly doubt my images will affect historical facts.
Like I said, all I'm trying to do with these flags is to represent everyone around the world while trying to keep the titles as short as possible. And it's my opinion that Palestine in its modern form is a common way of referring to what you call the Palestinian National Authority.
