Grungy flag of Northern Ireland on vintage paper. Once meant to represent Northern Ireland, although it is my understanding that it is no longer an official flag, instead they just use the standard Union Jack UK flag.
Nevertheless, many still use this flag to denote loyalty to the British crown, from an island that is physically split between an independent Republic to the South (Republic of Ireland), and 1 of 4 nations comprising the United Kingdom to the North (Northern Ireland).
This is really nice. Being a yank I'm only familiar with the broader conflict between Ireland and the UK. Thanks for taking the time to give us some great background information.
