Coastal scenery from the UK Channel Island of Jersey, close to La Corbière on the South-Western Coast.
Based on similar buildings I've seen from the same area, I think this is an old German watch tower from when the Channel Islands were occupied during World War II. Where the locals after being liberated still decided to keep much of the German "artifacts" intact, as they feel it is still part of their history and should not be swept under the rug. Here it actually looks like they converted it into a lighthouse or some sort of weather station.
